الملخص

تستكشف هذه الدراسة الشاملة بدقة وتتعمق في المحددات الحاسمة لتنويع صادرات العراق خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2005 إلى 2023، مع التركيز بشكل خاص ومركز على مجموعة واسعة من العوامل الاقتصادية والمالية والسياسية. من خلال الاستخدام المدروس لطريقة اختبار حدود التأخر الموزع الذاتي المتقدمة (ARDL)، يفحص البحث بدقة العلاقات قصيرة الأجل وطويلة الأجل بين تنويع الصادرات (DIV) والعديد من المتغيرات المترابطة، بما في ذلك صادرات السلع والخدمات (EXGS)، والاستقرار السياسي (POST)، وإيرادات النفط (OILR)، والانفتاح التجاري (TRADE). وتسلط النتائج التفصيلية الضوء بوضوح أن الانفتاح التجاري والاستقرار السياسي يبرز باعتبارهما أهم المحددات الإيجابية تأثيرا في تنويع الصادرات، حيث أنهما يهيئان مجتمعين بيئة أكثر ملاءمة وتمكينا لتوسيع نطاق السوق وتقلل بشكل كبير من مواطن الضعف الاقتصادية. وعلى العكس من ذلك، فإن زيادة الاعتماد على صادرات السلع والخدمات تمارس تأثيرا سلبيا واضحا على التنويع، ويرجع ذلك على الأرجح إلى الاعتماد المفرط وغير المستدام على القطاعات الاقتصادية المحدودة. يؤكد اختبار F-Bounds بقوة وجود علاقة مستقرة ودائمة طويلة الأمد، مع إحصائية F تبلغ 11.72، بينما يشير مصطلح تصحيح الخطأ إلى معدل تعديل كبير بنسبة 50.95٪ نحو تحقيق التوازن. علاوة على ذلك، تتحقق الاختبارات التشخيصية بشكل شامل من متانة وموثوقية النموذج المستخدم في هذا البحث. وتؤكد هذه النتائج المقنعة الحاجة الملحة والماسة إلى سياسات تعزز تحرير التجارة بشكل منهجي وفعال، وتعزز الاستقرار السياسي وتكفله، وتدير عائدات النفط بحكمة لتحقيق التنويع الاقتصادي المستدام والحد من اعتماد العراق المفرط على صادرات النفط المتقلبة.
