الملخص

تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد التحديات الرئيسية التي تواجهها الشركات الناشئة والمشاريع الريادية في شمال العراق استجابة لمشهد الأعمال بعد الوباء. علاوة على ذلك ، يدرس كيف تتكيف المنظمات وتزدهر في البيئات المتغيرة وكيف تؤثر هذه الاستراتيجيات على نموها وتطورها. من خلال تطبيق نهج نمذجة المعادلة الهيكلية، تم مسح 326 إجابة مسح مجمعة تم جمعها من الشركات الناشئة والمشاريع الريادية في أربيل. وتشير الدراسة إلى أن التحول الرقمي يعزز بشكل كبير توافر الموارد وتخصيصها، والنمو والتنمية. في حين أن التركيز على العملاء قد لا يؤثر بشكل مباشر على توافر الموارد وتخصيصها بعد Covid-19 ، تشير النتائج إلى أن العقلية والاستراتيجية التي تركز على العملاء تظل حاسمة لمرونة الأعمال. وتبين كذلك أن إعادة الهيكلة المالية والاستخدام الأمثل للموارد لهما آثار إيجابية كبيرة على توافر الموارد وتخصيصها، فضلا عن النمو والتنمية. ومع ذلك ، لم يكن توافر الموارد وتأثيرات الوساطة في التخصيص صالحا في سياق الشركات الناشئة والمشاريع الريادية في مشهد الأعمال بعد الوباء. من الناحية العملية، تتطلب النتائج أن تواصل الشركات الناشئة والمشاريع الريادية الاستثمار في رؤى العملاء وأبحاث السوق للبقاء على اطلاع دائم بديناميكيات العملاء المتغيرة. تسلط النتائج الضوء على أهمية التعلم والتجريب والتكيف في دفع عجلة النمو والتنمية.
