The current research aims to examine the reskilling of artificial intelligence (AI) users and its role in organizational sustainability in private hospitals in Sulaymaniyah. To achieve the research objectives, a hypothetical diagram was designed to illustrate the nature of the relationship between the current research variables. To test the research hypotheses, the study was applied to a sample of administrative staff in private hospitals in Sulaymaniyah. To obtain the required information, data was collected using a questionnaire prepared for this purpose. The research population consisted of (380) individuals, and (332) valid questionnaires were retrieved for analysis to represent the research sample. The current research used several statistical tools to arrive at the relevant results, relying on the statistical programs (SPSS-26) and (AMOS-26). The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: the existence of a statistically significant positive correlation and influence between the variable of reskilling artificial intelligence users and its role in organizational sustainability. Based on these conclusions, the researcher presented a set of recommendations, most notably: the private hospitals under study are called upon to develop mechanisms that support the reskilling of artificial intelligence users, given its positive impact on achieving organizational sustainability.
