Comparative Interactional Analysis of Characters in the Kurdish Folklore Story

Abstract

Psychology is the study of human psyche in all its hidden areas, benefiting from superficial codes or symbols or voice changes and reflections.  It introduces a type of personality or perhaps better than it is and states its weaknesses and strengths. So, dealing is through its intensity and flexibility in work, its patience and intolerance in performing tasks, through type of words used, tone and vocal rhythm of personality, are so important for this science. Accordingly, this research relied on models of levels, or psychological states of three levels; Mother and Father, child, Mature), analyzing psychological states and knowledge of characters in Kurdish folklore stories. This research entitled “Comparative interactional analysis of characters in the Kurdish folklore story (Herch and Roovi and Deni Doshavi)”, according to (Eric Berne) theory, determines functions of those characters. From another viewpoint, discussions, interactions, and dealings of these characters will be taken into account. The research will clarify their psychological state and proportion of upbringing for these actions, thus, we will clarify their influence and maturity. This research will work on the basis of presence or absence of foundations of this theory in Kurdish stories, proportion of reflections of family upbringing, and its reflection on the characters of Kurdish children clearly through these stories. Finally, the research reached a conclusion that it is possible to apply this theory to Kurdish folklore stories for children, because, these levels were correctly clarified and proven in stories.
