Sufism in some of the poems of Hariq

Abstract

This research emphasizes the images and mental feelings that have become the source of mystical poetry and a reason for the beauty of the text, and conveys a certain message in classical poetry, which is a major contribution. It is a step to introduce and show the mystical poetic references and images of the classical Kurdish poet Hariq. Hariq, one of the most famous poets of the classical period of Kurdish literature who lived in the nineteenth century, is considered by most researchers to be a continuation of the Baban school of poetry Returning to ancient literature in general and the purpose and content of Sufism in particular is the basis of a special innovation for some literary genres, especially our classical poets as other Eastern Muslim poets and talents, education of Hujran culture and Islamic sciences Sufism is a living part of our beliefs and poetic roots and the foundation of our classical Kurdish poetry. This study highlights the importance of Hariq as a poet who educated this culture, and if we cannot identify him as a Sufi poet, it cannot be denied that he used many Sufi terms in his poems. This determines his position in Kurdish Sufism. Although the existence of Hariq as a Sufi poet is still unclear, most Kurdish researchers have studied only his ghazals, but in this study, we will emphasize a hidden aspect of his poems, namely, some of the signs and phrases that convey the Sufi meaning expressed in the poems
