الجاهزية التنظيمية وتأثيرها في المكانة المنظمية
دراسة تحليلية لآراء رؤساء الاقسام العلمية في جامعة دهوك/ اقليم كوردستان- العراق

الغرض: دراسة تأثير الجاهزية التنظيمية والمتمثلة بـ(دعم الإدارة العليا، الثقافة التنظيمية، المرونة التنظيمية، ووضوح الرؤية) في المكانة المنظمية والمتمثلة بـ(السمعة المنظمية، الهوية التنظيمية، والنظرة الخارجية للمنظمة)، وتحليل العلاقة بينهما في جامعة دهوك من وجهة نظر رؤساء الاقسام العلمية. التصميم/ المنهج: لتحقيق هدف البحث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في جمع البيانات وتحليلها وصولاً للنتائج، واعتمدت استمارة الاستبانة الالكترونية (google Form) لجمع البيانات. حيث تكون مجتمع البحث من جميع رؤساء الاقسام العلمية والبالغ عددهم (101) رئيس قسم، وبلغ العدد النهائي للمستجيبين (92) رئيس قسم علمي في جامعة دهوك. وجرى اختبار فرضيات البحث باعتماد برنامج (SPSS Version 25). الاستنتاجات والمقترحات: من أهمها وجود تأثير معنوي للجاهزية التنظيمية في المكانة المنظمية على مستوى المؤشر الكلي، مما يعني كلما تمتلك جامعة دهوك مستوى عالي من الجاهزية التنظيمية كلما زادت القدرة على تعزيز مستويات أعلى من مكانتها المنظمية. من أهم المقترحات من الضروري على جامعة دهوك من الاعتماد على الجاهزية التنظيمية بأبعادها وتطبيقها في الواقع بشكل فاعل في تعزيز المكانة المنظمية والتكيف مع الضغوطات والمتغيرات البيئية. قيمة البحث: تتجلى قيمة البحث في ندرة الدراسات الميدانية التي تناولت العلاقة بين الجاهزية التنظيمية والمكانة المنظمية في بيئة إقليم كوردستان- العراق، مما يعني وجود فجوة معرفية تبرز الحاجة لسد هذه الفجوة من خلال الدراسات الميدانية وصولاً لفهم أفضل لطبيعة العلاقة بينهما. كما يقدم هذا البحث رؤى قيمة لممارسة الجاهزية التنظيمية بأبعادها في الجامعة المبحوثة، وكمساهمة عملية لتعزيز مكانتها المنظمية.
