Organizational Integrity Among the Directors of Sports Institutes in the Kurdistan Region From the Perspective of Instructors

The research aims to prepare a scale of the reality of organizational integrity among directors of sports institutes from the point of view of teaching staff in the Kurdistan Region and to identify the level of dimensions of the reality of organizational integrity among directors of sports institutes from the point of view of teaching staff in the Kurdistan Region. The researchers employed a descriptive approach with a survey method, given the study's suitability and nature of the study. The research community was determined intentionally by the instructors in the sports institutes in the Kurdistan Region for the academic year (2023-2024) and their number is (9) sports institutes. The researchers used the following statistical coefficients to find the results of their research through the statistical package (SPSS): percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, simple correlation coefficient, and Spearman's rho. The results reached the preparation and application of a scale of the reality of organizational integrity with its dimensions (organizational integrity, organizational trust, organizational optimism, organizational tolerance) among the directors of sports institutes from the point of view of the teaching staff in the Kurdistan Region through the scientific procedures followed in preparing the scales. The number of paragraphs of the scale reached (20) paragraphs distributed over (4) dimensions, and each dimension has (5) paragraphs. It was concluded that, from the perspective of the teaching staff, the director of sports institutes of the Kurdistan Region has a high level on each of the dimensions (organizational trust and Organizational tolerance) and an average level on each dimension (organizational integrity and organizational optimism).
