الملخص

تقدم هذه الدراسة "مؤشر تمكين المرأة الريفية في ريادة الأعمال الزراعية" (RWAEI)، وهو أداة شاملة صُممت لتقييم مخرجات التمكين المرتبطة بالأنشطة الزراعية بين النساء الريفيات في المناطق المتأثرة بالنزاعات بشمال شرق نيجيريا. وتبحث الدراسة في أدوار الحصول على الميكنة الزراعية، والإنتاج الزراعي، وتوظيف العمالة المأجورة، والمشاركة في السوق في تعزيز الإدماج الاقتصادي طويل الأجل، وتعزيز القدرة على اتخاذ القرار، وتشجيع القيادة المجتمعية، إلى جانب خلق فرص العمل. يستند الإطار النظري إلى نهج القدرة لسين (Sen's Capability Approach) ونظرية المؤسسات النوعية. باستخدام التحليل العاملي التوكيدي (CFA)، والتحليل الوسيط، ونمذجة المعادلة الهيكلية (SEM)، تؤكد الدراسة صحة مسارات التمكين وتبني نموذج RWAEI بناءً على بيانات جُمعت من ١,١٤٦ امرأة ريفية عبر ولايات غومبي، وباوتشي، وأداماوة. وتكشف النتائج أن الرابط بين ريادة الأعمال الزراعية والتمكين يتم توسطه بشكل كبير عبر عوامل مثل توظيف العمالة والحصول على الآلات. ويعد المؤشر مقياسًا وثيق الصلة بالسياق لتقييم استقلالية وصمود النساء الريفيات، حيث حقق معامل كرونباخ ألفا ٠.٨١٢. تدعم النتائج دمج مبادرات بناء القدرات المستهدفة والسياسات الزراعية الحساسة للنوع الاجتماعي لتعزيز تأثير مشاريع ريادة الأعمال الزراعية. ومن خلال الانتقال من النماذج الموجهة نحو المخرجات إلى التقييمات التي تركز على القدرات، تساهم هذه الدراسة في النقاش المحيط بريادة الأعمال الزراعية وتحمل آثارًا مهمة للحد من الفقر، وجهود التعافي ما بعد النزاعات، وتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة (SDGs).

Mercy M. Adeyeye is a full Professor of Entrepreneurship and Business Studies in the National Open University of Nigeria. She has a B. Sc edu in Business Studies (Accounting Option), M. Sc. In Finance and a PhD in Entrepreneurship from the University of Essex, UK. She is a mentor, researcher, consultant, and facilitator in many Nigerian Universities. She belongs to many professional associations within and outside the country. Her research interests include general entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, Digital entrepreneurship, corporate entrepreneurship, gender, SMEs, and developing economies.

Jacob A. Alabi، Department of Entrepreneurial Studies, Faculty of Management Science, National Open University of Nigeria, Abuja

Jacob Abu Alabi is a Lecturer in the Department of Entrepreneurial Studies, National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN). He obtained his PhD in Business Administration from Babcock University, Ilisan-Remo, Ogun State, Nigeria. He is presently the Assistant Coordinator for the PhD programme in the department. He is a seasoned scholar who has published in many local and international journals. He is a reviewer to Scopus index journals such as African Development Review and Journal of Entrepreneurship and Public Policy. Dr Alabi, to his credit, has attended a deluge of conferences where he has presented papers. He is a member of many learned societies such as the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS), Association of Capital Market Academics (ACMA) and Association of Artificial Intelligence Practitioners of Nigeria (AAIPN). Dr Alabi has held various managerial positions in the finance industry as an associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.
