ئەم توێژینەوە پێوەرێکی گشتگیر بە ناوی "پێوەری بەهێزکردنی کارسازیی کشتوکاڵیی ئافرەتانی گوندنیشین" (RWAEI) دەخاتە ڕوو، کە بۆ هەڵسەنگاندنی ئەنجامەکانی بەهێزبوونی ئافرەتانی گوندنیشین لە ناوچە ئاڵۆز و شڕەنگێزەکانی باکووری ڕۆژهەڵاتی نایجیریا لە ڕێگەی چالاکییە کشتوکاڵییەکانەوە داڕێژراوە. توێژینەوەکە تیشک دەخاتە سەر ڕۆڵی دەستگەیشتن بە ئامێرە کشتوکاڵییەکان، بەرهەمهێنان، بەکرێگرتنی هێزی کار، و بەشداری لە بازاردا بۆ بەهێزکردنی تێکەڵبوونی ئابووری درێژخایەن، بەرزکردنەوەی توانای بڕیاردان، و هاندانی سەرکردایەتیکردنی کۆمەڵگە، لەگەڵ ڕەخساندنی هەلی کار. چوارچێوەی نظریی ئەم لێکۆڵینەوەیە پشتی بە تیۆریی تواناسازیی سێن (Sen's Capability Approach) و تیۆریی دامەزراوە جێندەرییەکان بەستووە. لە ڕێگەی بەکارهێنانی شیکاریی فاکتەری دووپاتکەرەوە (CFA)، شیکاری ناوبژیوان، و مۆدێلسازی هاوکێشەی پێکهاتەیی (SEM)، لێکۆڵینەوەکە کارامەیی ڕێڕەوەکانی بەهێزبوون دەسەلمێنێت و مۆدێلی RWAEI لەسەر بنەمای زانیاری کۆکراوە لە ١,١٤٦ ئافرەتی گوندنیشین لە ویلایەتەکانی گۆمبێ، باوچی، و ئاداماوا بنیات دەنێت. دەرئەنجامەکان دەریانخستووە کە پەیوەندی نێوان کارسازیی کشتوکاڵی و بەهێزبوونی ئافرەتان بە شێوەیەکی دیار لە ڕێگەی فاکتەرەکانی وەک بەکرێگرتنی هێزی کار و دەستگەیشتن بە ئامێرەکانەوە ناوەندگیری دەکرێت. ئەم پێوەرە وەک ئامرازێکی شیاو بۆ هەڵسەنگاندنی توانای کارکردن و خۆڕاگری ئافرەتانی گوندنیشین خزمەت دەکات و ئاستی سەقامگیری ناوەکی (Cronbach's alpha) گەیشتووەتە ٠.٨١٢. ئەنجامەکان پشتگیری لە تێکەڵکردنی دەستپێشخەرییەکانی تواناسازیی ئامانجدار و سیاستە کشتوکاڵییە هەستیارەکان بەرامبەر جێندەر دەکەن بۆ زیاتکردنی کاریگەریی هەوڵەکانی کارسازیی کشتوکاڵی. لە ڕێگەی تێپەڕین لە مۆدێلە بەرهەم سەنتەرەکانەوە بەرەو هەڵسەنگاندنی جەختکراوە لەسەر تواناسازییەکان، ئەم توێژینەوەیە بەشدارییەکی بەرچاو لە ئاخاوتنەکانی دەوروبەری کارسازیی کشتوکاڵی دەکات و لێکەوتەی گرنگی هەیە بۆ کەمکردنەوەی هەژاری، هەوڵەکانی بوژانەوەی دوای ململانێکان، و بەدیهێنانی ئامانجەکانی گەشەپێدانی بەردەوام (SDGs).
