الملخص
لهم چهند دهیهی كۆتاییدا، ڕوپێوی ئۆنلاین وهكو تهكنیكێكی نوێی كۆكردنهوهی داتا و زانیارییهكان له ڕاپرسیه بازرگانی و سیاسیهكان ههروها له توێژینهوه زانستی و ئهكادیمیهكاندا به شێوهیهكی بڵاو دهركهوت؛ پهرهسهندنی خێرای ئهم تهكنیكه لهلایهكهوه پهیوهندی بە زیادبونی بهكارهێنانی ئینتهرنێت، كۆمپیتهر و مۆبایلی زیرهكهوه ههیه. به پێی توێژینهوهكان، له ساڵی 2023، زیاتر 65% دانیشتوانی جیهان بهكارهێنهری ئینتهرنێتـن و زیاتر له 85% دانیشتوانی جیهان مۆبایلی زیرهك بهكاردههێنن؛ لهلایهكی دیكهوه، ئهم پهرهسهندنه پهیوهندی به پێویستیی توێژهران به دروستبونی تهكنیكی نوێی كۆكردنهوهی زانیاریيهكانەوە، بۆ شیكردنهوهی ئهو دیاردانهی كه پهیوهنديیان به دونیای کۆمەڵایەتی ئێستاوه ههیه. ئامانجی ئهم توێژینهوهیه، دروستكردنی ژێرخانێكی تیۆرییه بۆ ئهوهی بتوانرێ لهسهر ئاستی كرداری له توێژینهوه ئهكادیميهكاندا سود له ڕوپێوی ئۆنلاین وهربگیرێت. ئهم توێژینهوهیه توێژینهوهیهكی وهسفییه. گرنگترین ئەنجامهكانی ئهم توێژینهوهیه بریتین له: ڕوپێوی ئۆنلاین وهكو تهكنیكێكی كاریگهر دهتوانێت ئاسانكاری بۆ توێژهران بكات بۆ ئهوهی به تێچو و كاتێكی كهمتر، زانیارییهكان كۆبكهنهوه. بهڵام به هۆی ئهو كێشه میتۆدیانهی كه ڕوبهڕوی ڕوپێوی ئۆنلاین دهبنهوه، ئهوا ناتوانرێ دڵنیایی ئاستێكی بهرزی كوالیتی داتاكان بدرێت به تایبهتی له ڕوی جێگیری (Reliability) و ڕاستیهتی (Validity)یەوە. بۆیه پێوسته توێژهران سود له تهكنیكی تێكهڵاو وهربگرن، كه ههردوك ڕوپێوی ڕوبەڕو و ئۆنلاین له توێژینهوهیهكدا كۆدهكاتهوه .
