الملخص

كانت حملة العودة إلى التعلم تم تنفيذها من قبل المرشدین التربویین في المدارس في وزارة التربية-  حكومة إقليم كردستان  (MoE-KRG) لتعزيز العودة إلى المدرسة وزيادة الوعي بين أولياء الأمور والمجتمعات المحلية ، حيث تم استهداف النازحين واللاجئين. على الرغم من الجهود التي تبذلها حكومة إقليم كردستان لتحسين قطاع التعليم، لا تزال هناك عوامل اجتماعية واقتصادية ومؤسسية وثقافية مستدامة تؤثر على تسرب الطلاب، بما في ذلك النازحين داخليا واللاجئين. تبحث هذه الورقة هذه العوامل بمزيد من التفصيل بما في ذلك التفاوتات بين الجنسين والنازحين داخليا واللاجئين. تم استخدام نظرية رأس المال الاجتماعي ورأس المال الثقافي كإطار نظري. تم الحصول على البيانات الثانوية رسميا من وزارة التربیة - حكومة إقليم كردستان كحملة العودة إلى التعلم. نفذت هذه الدراسة نهجا كميا لتحليل مجموعة بيانات ثانوية من خلال استخدام مربعات كاي بيرسون وتحليل الجدولة المتقاطعة ، حيث تشير النتائج إلى مستويات دلالة القيم p  أقل من 0.001  أشارت النتائج أيضا إلى أن عمالة الأطفال ، البعد الجغرافی عن المدارس ، ومخاطر الوصول إلى المدرسة كانت أكثر شيوعا بين العوامل. تدل هذه العوامل ظروف الطلاب المتسربين من النازحين داخليا واللاجئين، حيث تمت الإشارة إلى العوامل الثقافية والتفاعل بين العوامل الاجتماعية والاقتصادية. لذلك ، من الضروری مراجعة السياسات وعناصر البنية التحتية في مجال التعليم. بالإضافة إلى توسیع وعي أولياء الأمور وتحسين الظروف الاقتصادية في منطقتنا وبين مجتمعات النازحين واللاجئين.

Senik Tahir Mahmood is an employee at the University of Salahaddin - College of Arts – Department of Social Work. Mahmood’s research and work interests are social inclusion and social integration policy. She has management and administrative skills, been employed at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research – KRG. She worked as an adjunct professor at American University of Kurdistan and Tisk University. She has a PhD in Public Policy Analysis from Saint Louis University, a master's degree in social work- socio-economic development (Fulbright Scholarship) from Washington University in St. Louis, and bachelor of Science in geology from Salahaddin University. She worked as a community organizer for adult education outreach in UNOPS-IDPs and the Save the Children UK research team. She is well trained to work in multicultural, humanitarian, and academic environments. Her PhD research included mental health, employment, and civic participation, reintegration and inclusion of women ex-offenders in American society, with significant statistical outcomes. Her master’s degree is in Social Work, social and economic development.
