الملخص


الهدف الرئيسي من هذا البحث هو التحقيق في الدور الوسيط للثقة التنظيمية في العلاقة بين القيادة الفعالة وسمعة المنظمة، وذلك استناداً إلى البيانات التجريبية التي تم جمعها من شركات الاتصالات في مدينة السليمانية. واستخدم الباحثون منهج المسح كأداة لجمع البيانات التجريبية، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام تقنية PLS، بشكل أساسي لتأكيد فرضيات البحث. أكدت النتائج صحة الفرضيات التي تفيد بأن مكونات القيادة الفعالة، والمتمثلة في قيادة المنظمة، وقيادة الذات، وقيادة الأفراد، تؤثر بشكل إيجابي على سمعة المنظمة. كما أوضحت النتائج وجود علاقة قوية وإيجابية بين مكونات القيادة الفعالة والثقة التنظيمية. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، أشارت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة قوية وإيجابية بين الثقة التنظيمية وسمعة المنظمة. وأكدت النتائج أيضاً التأثيرات غير المباشرة لمكونات القيادة الفعالة على سمعة المنظمة من خلال الوساطة الجزئية للثقة التنظيمية. تُعتبر الثقة التنظيمية وسيطاً جزئياً في تعزيز تأثير القيادة الفعالة على سمعة المنظمة، وفقًا للنتائج. تساهم هذه الدراسة في توسيع نظريات القيادة من خلال تحديد الثقة التنظيمية كمتغير وسيط مهم، وتسلط الضوء على أهمية الثقة في تعزيز السمعة التنظيمية المدركة استناداً إلى ممارسات القيادة الفعالة.

He is a lecturer at the College of Administration and Economics, Salahaddin University-Erbil, with a specialization in business administration. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Salahaddin University-Erbil. He also earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from the same institution in 2013, graduating with distinction.
Mr. Mustafa has a robust research portfolio that addresses key issues in organizational performance, education outcomes, tourism development, ethical leadership, and technology adoption in the service sector. His scholarly work has been published in numerous peer-reviewed journals and presented at multiple national and international conferences. His notable publications explore the intersections of cultural diversity, e-governance, information systems, and total quality management within the Kurdish and broader Middle Eastern context.
