أثر الخطط التشغيلية على إبداع الموظفين وعلاقته بالهوية التنظيمية والإدارة الفعالة للوقت في مدينة أربيل

تبحث هذه الدراسة في تأثير خطط التشغيل على إبداع الموظفين، مع التركيز على الهوية التنظيمية وإدارة الوقت في مدينة أربيل بإقليم كردستان العراق. وتشير البحث إلى أن التخطيط التشغيلي والهوية التنظيمية وإدارة الوقت تُسهم في الإبداع. جُمعت البيانات من خلال استبيان وُزّع على موظفي ومديري المؤسسات متوسطة الحجم، وبلغت نتيجته 460 استجابة كاملة. استخدمت الدراسة تحليلات انحدار الاستجابات لدراسة العلاقة بين خطط التشغيل والهوية التنظيمية وإدارة الوقت والإبداع. وتشير الاستنتاجات إلى أن خطط التشغيل المُحكمة تؤثر إيجابًا على كفاءة إدارة الوقت وإبداع الموظفين. ومع ذلك، تم الكشف عن بعض جوانب التخطيط التشغيلي، مثل التخطيط اليومي، والقدرة على التنبؤ الضعيف. كما تُسلّط الدراسة الضوء على دور العمل الجماعي في تعزيز الإبداع، على الرغم من أن تأثيره المباشر على إنتاجية المؤسسة لم يكن ذا أهمية إحصائية. وخلص البحث إلى أن دمج خطط التشغيل مع الإدارة الفعالة للوقت والهوية التنظيمية أمرٌ مهم لزيادة إبداع الموظفين. وتقترح الدراسة أن تُركز المؤسسات في أربيل على تحسين استراتيجيات الإدارة والتواصل للحد من عمليات التخطيط التشغيلي، ودعم العمل الجماعي، وتشجيع الابتكار. ينبغي أن تستكشف الأبحاث المستقبلية دور أساليب القيادة، وثقافة المنظمة، والتطورات التكنولوجية في تعزيز هذه الظروف لتحسين أداء الموظفين ونجاح المنظمة.
