گوتنا خەبەران دیاردەکا زمانیا بەربەلاڤە د هەمی زمان و کەلتوران دا هەر وەکو یا بەربەلاڤ د زمان و کەلتورێ کوردی دا. ئەڤ توێژینە تەکەزا خو دکەتە لسەر هندەک لایەنێن ئەڤێ دیاردا زمانی وەکو جورێن خەبەر گوتنان، فەرمانێن وان و هەر وەسا دیدێ کوردێن کوردستانا باشور، یێن ب کورمانجیا باشور د ئاخڤن، سەبارەتی ئەڤێ دیاردێ. و ژبو بجهـ ئینانا ئەڤێ یەکێ، داتا لسەر ئەڤی بابەتی هاتینە وەرگرتن ژ ٢٠٨ بەشداربووان ب رێیا راپرسیەنەکێ و ژوان بەشداربوویان، ٨٠ یان بەشداری د چاڤپێکەفتنێن ب کومی یێن ڤەکری کرینە. ژ بەرسڤێن بەشداربووان دیار بوویە کو خەبەرگوتن دیاردەکە یا کو ب کەسان ڤە کرێدا، یانکو بەشداربوو دەما خەبەران دبێژن، بتنێ دگەل کەسێن دنیاس یان هەڤالێن خو بکار د ئینن. هەروەسا خەبەرێن وان پرانیا جاران گرێدای تێگەهشتن و کەسایەتیا خەبەر لێ کرینە. بەشدار بووان وەسا دا دیارکرن کو گوتنا خەبەرا کارەکێ کرێتە لێ هندک جاران ئەو نەچار دبن بکار بینن، ب تایبەتی دەما تورە دبن یان هەست ب ماندی بوونێ دکەن. ژ داتایان دیار دبیت کو بەشداربوو هەول ددەن کو خو ژ وان خەبەران دوویر بێخن یێن گریدای بابەتێن ب جووتبوونێ ڤە، و ئەڤ چەندە ژی وەسا دیار دبیت کو ژ ئەگەرێ باکگراوندێ ئاینی و کەلتوری یێن بەشداربووان. زێدەباری ئەڤێ چەندێ، بەشداربوو دەما خەبەران دبێژن هندەک فاکتەرێن دیتر، مینا تەمەن و سەنگا جڤاکی یا کەسان ل بەرچاڤ وەردگرن. ئەڤ توێژینە د بیت ببیتە دەروازەک بو توێژینەرێن زمانڤانیا جڤاکناسی و هەروەسا روناهیێ بدەتە لسەر ئەڤێ دیاردا زمانی و گرنگیا وێ د ناڤ کوردێن باشورێ کوردستانێ، یێن ب کورمانجیا باشور د ئاخڤن و هەر وەسا د زمانێ کوردی ب شێوەکێ گشتی ل پێش چاڤ ب ئێخیت.
